Choose ‘Pick-up Center’ as your shipping method upon order checkout.
Available for Quick Order, Essential Rewards and Rewards Points redemption orders only.
Step 2
Wait for an SMS notification from 2GO Express to confirm if the order is ready for pick up based on the location selected.
Reminder: Make sure your mobile number is updated in the Virtual Office to get SMS notifications.
Step 3
Pick up your order at the selected location within 3 days upon receipt of the SMS notification.
Things to bring:
Self Pick-up – Valid ID and tracking number
Pick Up by an Authorized Representative – Tracking number, signed authorization letter and a valid ID of both the representative and member who placed the order.
Unclaimed orders after 3 days upon receipt of SMS notification will incur a 10% fee that will be deducted from the member’s paid order.
