Order online at Woodies.ie
Checkout using their Click & Collect option and select your preferred store.
Receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
Arrive to store, park in their Contactless Click & Collect car spaces & call the number on the sign.
A dedicated colleague will load your items into your car and then you’re good to go!
Why use Click & Collect service?
Shop online from the comfort of your home and have your items ready for collection on visiting the store.
How much does it cost?
The Woodie’s Click & Collect service is a FREE service, so all you pay is the price of your items.
How do I use Click & Collect?
Simply add items to your cart on woodies.ie and from the checkout choose their Click & Collect option. Enter your payment details on their one-page checkout and place your order. You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed. You will receive a second email that your order is ‘ready for collection’ at which point you can then visit your chosen Woodie’s store to collect.
Where do I collect in-store?
You can visit the reception/ Customer Service desk in your chosen Woodie’s store, this is the Click & Collect Collection Point.
Or you can avail of their Contactless Service
What proof of ID do I need to bring?
You must bring the 2nd email confirmation which has with the unique Order Number and Transaction Number. This can be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet device. You must bring the bank card used for verification purposes. Make sure to bring additional identification as outlined in the email, for example, driving licence or passport.
When can I collect my shopping?
Woodie’s stores are open 7 Days a week. You will have two days from the original date your order was placed to collect your order. Remember you only visit the store once you have received the 2nd email confirming your order is ‘ready for collection’.
What happens if I arrive before receiving the 2nd email confirming items are ready for collection?
Unfortunately they may not have your items ready for collection so please wait for the 2nd email.
What happens if my ordered item(s) is not available?
On the rare occasion that an item is not available they will contact you to discuss your order.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
If you contact your chosen Woodie’s store before your order is processed they will be able to cancel the order for you.
Can I Click & Collect product from the Woodie’s Partyzone site?
Items on their Woodie’s Partyzone site are only available for Home Delivery. You cannot Click & Collect Partyzone product at present.
