How do I arrange collection of my vehicle?
Once you have ordered your new or approved used vehicle, a member of the Williams team will contact you to ensure all relevant paperwork is complete. They will then arrange a convenient time for you to collect your vehicle. Collection is available Monday to Sunday between normal business hours.
How will my vehicle be prepared for my collection?
Williams uphold the very highest standard of vehicle care. Prior to your arrival, all contact surfaces will be protected including the seat, foot well, steering wheel and gearshift.
What will happen when I collect my vehicle?
To enable you to collect your safely, they will drive your vehicle outside of their handover area. All protective coverings will then be removed and your keys wiped clean before being placed in your car, ready for you to drive.
