In-Store Pickup
1. Select an Item
To pick up your UO order at a store, choose the Pick Up option when checking out. They’ll display the stores where your items can be picked up and you’ll be able to select a location most convenient for you.
2. Wait to Hear From Them
They’ll let you know when your item should be available for pick up on the product detail page, in Checkout and order summary. They’ll send you a Ready For Pickup email when your item is ready and waiting for you at the store.
3. Pick Up Your Order
Once you receive your Ready For Pickup email, head to the store to pick up your items. The instructions in your Ready For Pickup email will tell you how to pick up your order.
