WHAT IS CLICK & COLLECT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Their complimentary Click & Collect service allows you to place and pay for your order on their website and collect your purchase within 5 working days from one of their UGG® concept stores in the United Kingdom. Your order will be sent using a fully insured and trackable courier service. Once the store has received your order they will contact you via email to let you know it is ready for collection; you will have five working days to collect your goods.

You will be shown a list of UK concept stores currently offering the service when you select Click & Collect during checkout (please note, they do not offer this service in any of their outlet stores).
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
No, their Click & Collect service is complimentary.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
They ask that you bring the credit or debit card you used to place the order and a copy of your order confirmation (you can either print this out or show it to their store staff on your mobile device).
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
The order can only be released to the person who made the purchase.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ORDER IF I AM UNABLE TO COLLECT IT WITHIN FIVE WORKING DAYS?
If you are not able to collect your order within five working days, your order will be returned to their warehouse and a full refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. If you do have an issue with collection and need some extra time, please contact the store you selected for delivery to see if they can assist.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RETURN A CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
You can exchange or return items in your order in the store you selected for collection, or alternatively by post or Collect+ using the returns form you will find enclosed in your parcel.
