You can ship online orders directly to your local Torrid store. And the best part about it is it’s free (they love that word). Plus, when you go to pick up your order in the store, you can try your purchases on to be sure you love them before you take them home.
Here’s how it works: shop Torrid.com, select “Ship to Store” during checkout, select your preferred store, and complete checkout. You’ll get an email confirmation of your “Ship to Store” purchase with instructions on when to pick up your order. Once your shipment arrives in up to 14 business days (up to 21 business days in AK/PR), they’ll send you an email to let you know your package is ready for pick up. If you haven’t heard from them after 14 days, please call customer service at 1.866.867.7431 and let them know. Currently, their ship to store option is not available at any of their Canada locations.
