How it works
1. Choose your store
Use the Hubbox store finder at the checkout to find your nearest participating store.
2. They’ll email you
They’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. After you have received the email, you can collect your order at any time during the day, according to the store opening hours.
3. Collect from store
When you collect your order, bring your ID and confirmation email, and the card that you paid with. If you paid by Paypal please bring the card that links to your Paypal account. They will keep your order in store for ten calendar days after it has arrived. If they have not heard from within the 14 days, they will assume your order is no longer wanted. They’ll then cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
