In its current form, the brand was established in 1987 when the first stand-alone store opened in Queen Street, Auckland, New Zealand. And from that moment forward, the Rodd & Gunn brand became synonymous with quality.
Over the years, they’ve earned a reputation for crafting timeless garments that are made to last. From the fabrics, they source, to the techniques they use to construct their clothing, quality is the undercurrent that buoys them as a brand.
Click & Collect in Level 3
In line with government guidelines, their Auckland lodges are operating for contactless Click & Collect orders only while in alert level 3. This enables customers to purchase items online that are available at their chosen store and collect from the store within 2 hours of placing their order, during store trading hours.
The health and safety of their loyal customers and employees is their main priority, therefore please review their measures to help them maintain safe shopping when using their Click & Collect service;

What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a complimentary service that allows you to collect your online order from your preferred Rodd & Gunn Lodge. Once your items are confirmed by the stores as ready for pick-up, the collection time is at your convenience.
Your order will take up to 2 hours to be ready for collection. They’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready.
How does Click & Collect work?
Shop Online and choose from the great range available on the website.
Add your chosen item(s) to your ‘Bag’.
View your ‘Bag’ and if you are happy with the item(s) you have selected, click the ‘Checkout’ button.
Proceed through to the ‘Delivery’ page, and under ‘Delivery Options’ make sure you select the ‘In Store Pickup’ option. Then click on the ‘Select Store’ link to choose your ‘Preferred Store’ pickup location that has all the items available.
Proceed through the remainder of the checkout, and place your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed.
You will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email once your items are ready to pickup.
Visit your selected Click & Collect store with your ‘Ready for Collection’ email and personal photo ID. Once the team member has verified your transaction, you will receive your Tax Invoice via Email.
