Click & Collect
With their Click & Collect service, you can pay for your chosen products online, and then collect from your local branch free of charge.
Your items should be ready for collection within three working hours of receiving your order confirmation (subject to stock availability and opening hours).
You will be contacted by email and SMS (if a mobile number was provided at the time of ordering) when the branch team have your order ready for collection.
Please ensure you bring a copy of the confirmation when collecting your order (printed or electronically), as well as a valid form of I.D such as a driving licence, passport, or debit/credit card.
Orders cannot be released to courier companies or 3rd parties who are unable to provide the correct verification information.
Any orders placed after 4:00pm will be available for collection in branch from 10:00am the following working day.
Orders can only be collected during normal working hours. If an order is not collected within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that it is ready, their team will contact you to confirm you still require your goods. Orders can only be reserved for 5 working days. After this period, a member of their team will be in contact to arrange a full refund, to enable the stock to be re-allocated.
