Click and Collect
QBD Books are delighted to offer customers the ability to click and collect.
Simply nominate your preferred store by hovering over the locations button at the top right of the homepage and entering your postcode.
Hit the magnifying glass icon to search and you will be taken to a list of stores nearest to that postcode.
Once you have set your preferred store you can browse for products online using the search bar.
To find out if items are available for Click and Collect, click on the product in the search results.
This will take you to the product page.
If a product is available to click and collect at your local store, you will see a green tick followed by in stock.
Click the maroon Click and Collect button and follow the prompts to order using this service.
An email with your order number will be sent to you to confirm your order has been successfully placed at the store.
When your order is ready to pick up an email and SMS notification will be sent to you.
In store, head to the front counter to collect your order.
