If you’re new to the site or don’t have an account, you’ll need to enter your zip code to see if your items are available at a Pier 1 store near you. You can choose a store location right away or later as you browse or check out.
Checkout
As you place an order, select Store Pickup as your delivery option. Just complete your order and payment, and your items will be reserved for you to pick up at the store you’ve chosen.
Confirm
Your order will be confirmed via email, and you will receive a “Ready for pickup” email once your order is ready. All the helpful details will be included—store location and phone number, as well as a recap of items you’ve ordered and what time your order will be ready.

When you arrive in store, ask a sales associate for assistance. Your order will be ready to go.
