PETstock was born in 2002, 11 years after the Young family took ownership of Ballarat Produce in 1991. Brothers David and Shane built the business on family values and a passion for pets; the ingredients of the PETstock DNA.

Can I still order via Click and Collect?
Zero contact Click and Collect will still be available as an ordering option for customers. After placing your order online, customers must call the store upon arrival and they will drop your products outside the front door for you to collect.
Visit, browse, select and collect in store! Save time and let them do the shopping for you. Just place your order online ahead of time and enjoy the convenience of their Click & Collect service. Available nationwide at PETstock stores, their team will have your order ready when you visit and they’ll even carry it to the car for you. It’s so easy, it’s pet’s play.

1. BROWSE
Simply shop online and choose your Buddy’s favourite item(s). Click find a store at the top of the page to set your store anytime while browsing.
2. SELECT
Proceed to the shopping cart and select “Collect Your Order.” If you haven’t set your store yet, choose it there, this will show the availability of your item(s). If an item is unavailable, adjust your cart or check another store. When all your items are available, go through the checkout to confirm your order.
3. COLLECT
They’ll send you an email in under 15 minutes, as soon as your purchase is ready for collection. Visit them when convenient to pick up your order during store trading hours.
