CAN I BUY ONLINE AND PICK UP IN A STORE?
They’ve made getting your Nike.com and Nike App order faster and easier with free store pickup on eligible orders. Here’s how it works:
Shop Nike.com or the Nike App, grab your items, and head to checkout.
Click or tap “PICK UP” in the delivery section to see if your items are available for in-store pickup at a nearby Nike store. If you see your default shipping address, click or tap “Edit” and then “PICK UP.”
If your items are eligible, select a nearby store and confirm your contact information.
They’ll get it ready, usually within two hours, and email you a QR code when it’s ready for pickup.
Head to the store within seven days to pick up your order:
Store Pickup: Go to the store’s pickup desk, provide the code to scan, and take the handoff.
Curbside Pickup: At participating Nike stores, they’ll bring your order to your vehicle with minimal contact. Just follow the directions in your confirmation email to let them know you’re at the store and ready for your order.
