Click & Collect
When you place an eligible order, you will be offered the Click & Collect service at the checkout. Available from most Lakeland stores in the UK, they will suggest your nearest store(s), or you can select an alternative if you prefer, and deliver your order to your chosen store ready for you to collect. They will give you an estimated collection date and keep you informed of progress by email before letting you know when your order is available in store. They will keep your order in store for 4 days, if you’re unable to collect it within this time frame please contact the store. When collecting your order, please remember to bring your order number, payment card used, and a form of ID.
As they are unable to split orders between Click & Collect and Home Delivery, only complete orders where all items are eligible for the service can be delivered to store for collection.
