Collecting your Click and Collect order from Inish Pharmacy
When ordering you can opt to collect your items in-store by clicking ‘Click and Collect Instore (Free)’. They aim to have all Click and Collect Orders processed and ready for collection within 24-48 hours during opening hours from their Buncrana, Carndonagh or Muff pharmacy. They will then give you a phone call confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you have received your phone call/email confirming your order is ready for collection before coming to the store.
Orders can be collected from their till point area in their Buncrana, Carndonagh or Muff pharmacy.
What time can I collect my order?
Orders will be available for collection during opening hours Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 18.00pm.
How do I return my Click and Collect order?
If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return your order in-store as long as it remains unopened. It is their policy to refund the original form of payment, so they will organise a refund to the credit card which was used as payment. This does not affect your online returns policy which allows you 14 days from the date of receipt to return.
