How does Click & Collect work?
Simply shop online
Select the Click & Collect option at checkout, then select the store or Click & Collect Near You location you’d like to collect your order from. In-store Click & Collect price starts from $5.
Collecting in-store Click & Collect orders:
- An SMS or email will be sent when your order is ready for collection in-store. Please only go to the store once you’ve received this message. Make sure you collect your order within 3 days. Orders not collected within 5 days will be canceled and refunded. You can track your order using the Track my order tool.
- Contactless Click & Collect is available in selected stores.
- Bring your proof of purchase and photo ID with you and follow the COVID-19 restrictions in your state.
- If required, please bring support with you to help load heavy goods into your car.
- Need someone else to pick up your order? Ensure they have the original order confirmation or tax invoice and present their photo ID for collection at the store.
Collecting from a Click & Collect Near You location:
- Make sure you collect your order within the allocated collection window.
- When you arrive at the address, you will find IKEA flags and their co-worker to meet you.
- Bring your proof of purchase and photo ID with you and follow the COVID-19 restrictions in your state.
- If required, please bring support with you to help load heavy goods into your car and make sure the car is of the appropriate size for the order.
