WHAT IS 1 HOUR CLICK AND COLLECT?
Place a Click & Collect order during store opening hours and you will receive your collection email within 1 hour!
HOW DO I SELECT A STORE?
Add the product(s) to your cart and follow through to the checkout! Once you enter your details, there will be a field where you can select to “Click and Collect” – simply enter your postcode and their system will locate any store in your vicinity that has the stock available for your Click and Collect order.
WHY ISN’T MY LOCAL HYPE DC STORE SHOWING UP?
Unfortunately, this means that your local Hype DC store does not of your size available. Never fear though, you can still opt to have it shipped directly to your nominated delivery address!
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN I CAN COLLECT MY ORDER?
You will receive an email from them as soon as our in-store team are ready for you to collect your order.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PRESENT WHEN COLLECTING MY ORDER?
When heading in-store, please have your Hype DC Invoice (attached in your Order Confirmation email) and present the team with valid identification.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER ON MY BEHALF?
Of course! Please note, they must provide your Hype DC invoice alongside proof of identification of both the collector and the original customer.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
It is best practice to pick up your order as soon as it is available however, they understand life gets busy! In extreme circumstances, you will have up to 21 days to pick you order up from your selected store.
