How much is freight?
There is no freight charged for Click n Collect orders.
How do I know if my item is in stock?
You can check store availability by clicking on the “Find in store” button next to each product. This may not always be correct, due to stock movement, so always refer to contacting the individual stores involved to insure stock availability and mitigate disappointment. While they endeavour to have as many items in stock as possible, your item may be out of stock. If this is the case, they will be in touch to notify you of the delay.
How long before I can pick up my order?
Most orders will be ready for you to pick up in store within 3-7 working days. The store will be in touch with you via phone to confirm when your order is ready for collection. NB sometimes the store may not have the product purchased and may have to get in.
Where is my order processed?
All Click n Collect orders are processed within your elected store. Please note that during busy times or the product is not currently in store, there maybe a delay.
