How does Click & Collect work?
When you shop online, simply select Click & Collect at the checkout. Please note, Click & Collect will only appear as a delivery option if everything in your bag is available with this service.
How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready for collection?
Orders can take two to four days to be delivered to your chosen Click & Collect location. When your order has arrived, they will send you an email to let you know that it’s ready to be collected. Please wait for your Ready for Collection email to arrive before you go to your Click & Collect point. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only.
How much does Click & Collect cost?
They are currently offering free UK delivery on orders over £100. Orders under £100 will be charged at UK Standard Delivery charge of £5.95.
How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect orders are estimated to take two to four days to be delivered to their Click & Collection locations. When your order has arrived, they will send you an email to let you know it’s ready to be collected. Occasionally, they may send an order in separate deliveries so that you get your items as quickly as possible. Your collection email will specify which items have arrived at their Click & Collect locations.
Can I try on items at the Click & Collect locations?
In line with government guidelines, Click & Collect fitting rooms will be closed until further notice. Should you wish to return any unwanted items, you may use their free returns service.
How can Click & Collect orders be returned?
Orders placed using their Click & Collect service can be returned in the same way as any other online order.
