Click & Collect
You can now place click & collect orders and get contactless pickups from their Store.
Simply proceed your online shopping and select the “Pick up” option under “Delivery Options”. They will send you a confirmation email once your order is received. When your order is ready for collection, they will send you a Notification email to confirm that you can pick it up from their Westfield Newmarket Store.

Your order will usually be ready for collection in 24 hours.
Orders are to be collected within 7 days from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please email them to request an extension.
When collecting your order, you are required to supply a copy of your Notification email, they may ask your personal information for verification.
If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may appoint a representative. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Notification email and Photo ID at the time of collection.
