“Click and Collect” and “Call and Collect” Process

The “click and collect” and “call and collect” services are free of charge. These services are available at Benjamin Moore UK locations (Slough, Wilmslow, Chelsea) only.

You will receive an automated email once your order is received confirming the products, colours and quantities you have ordered. You should check this thoroughly as their products are tinted to order and once tinted can not be changed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact the store by telephone within 60 minutes of placing the order.

They will send a second email to confirm availability of stock and their acceptance of your order. This email will also contain details of when your order will be ready to collect. This will usually be from 12noon on the next working day if your order is received by 2pm.

For same day collections, the store will confirm a collection time at the time of ordering.

Please do not travel to the store in advance of your collection time in order to avoid extended wait times in-store.

When collecting your order, please give your order number and the name of your order to a member of staff. If you need someone else to collect your order on your behalf, please telephone ahead and let them know the name of the person who will be collecting. They will need to mention the order number, order name and their name in order for them to release the goods to them.

They will hold goods for 60 days after the collection date, after which time goods will be destroyed. Goods that have been custom made for you will not be refunded. Please review their terms and conditions for more information.
