Click and Collect
What is click and collect?
Click and collect is a new, FREE service offered that allows you to order and pay for an item online and collect it in their store in Ballincollig, Co. Cork. The order will be ready for you within 24 hours or one working day (subject to opening hours, order volumes and time order is placed). They will hold your order for you for up to 14 days.
How it works:
Place your online order:
To place a click and collect order online, ensure all items in your shopping basket are in stock & eligible for click and collect. Make sure you choose ‘LOCAL PICKUP’ as a delivery option at the checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation by email with your order line(s) and details of an estimated time when your order will be ready to collect.
Check your email inbox:
In addition to your order confirmation email, you will receive a ‘ready for collection’ notification email.
• The first will let you know the store has received your order and is processing your order.
• The second will confirm that your order is ready for collection.
Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours & during store opening hours. Before calling to the store to collect your item, please check the store opening hours to ensure they will be open when you arrive.
Collecting the order:
Once the store has picked your order you will receive a ‘ready to collect’ email.
When you are ready to collect your order, please bring your order confirmation email to the store along with the credit / debit card used to order the item online and your photo ID. The email can be printed or presented on a smartphone.
Your order will be held and available for 14 days following the date of order. They cannot hold orders longer than this. Once this time expires your order will be canceled.
Please do not travel to the store until you have received your ‘ready to collect’ email.
