Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes. They offer a free Click & Collect service from the Houses of Parliament Shop at 12 Bridge Street. Orders are usually ready to collect in 24 hours, although orders that contain made-to-order products may take longer. Please check shop opening times and remember to bring your order confirmation email before coming to collect. Orders that remain uncollected after 7 days will be returned to their warehouse and a full refund will be issued.
