Spanish hypermarket Eroski offers click and collect services or as they call it “Click & Drive”.
The service allows customers to order their groceries online and collect from the store without having to leave the car.
A dedicated indoor order collection area is in place. Six people are involved in the preparation and delivery of the orders made on Eroski online. Customers park in the parking lot, collect a ticket and wait for delivery.
